Gift Cards

Please note that gift cards have a one year expiry date from the date of purchase. Expiry dates are clearly labelled on both the E-gift cards & physical gifts. If the gift card is not used within the one year expiry, any remaining balance on the card will expire and will be lost.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or for a cash refund.

All appointments with or without a gift card (everyone is treated the same) will require a deposit, which will be refunded on the day of the appointment or used towards the appointment if more money is needed. Unfortunately due to people no-showing previously this has to be implemented

Finally gift cards are not redeemable on Saturdays.
